International Delivery
We offer an international delivery service to countries outside of New Zealand. At this time we deliver to Australia,
United Kingdom, United States and Western Europe. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to countries within Africa,
South Africa, Malaysia and Asia.
All Items are Giftwrapped
Every delivery will arrive already giftwrapped with tissue and ribbon, or placed inside a gift box. All pricing labels will
be removed. Your receipt will be inside the courier bag/box however, unless you tell us not to include it at time of
purchase.
Delivery Charges
All parcels are delivered by Courier.
NZ: $6.00, free for all orders over $50.00.
Australia: $25.00, free for all orders over $200.00.
UK, Europe, and US: $85.00, free for orders over $400.00.
Rest of the world, price varies depending on the country, we will contact you prior to shipping.
Track-and-Trace Courier Service: Express
All orders are delivered using a track-and-trace courier service.
Once your order has been processed, please allow up from 2-10 days for delivery, depending on your country.
The above delivery times are suggestions only. Bodywear does not guarantee delivery within a set time period. If the item
is delayed or does not reach you within the period suggested above, please advise us and we will track the status of the
item for you.
Import Duties
(for customers outside NZ)
Any import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility (excluding Australian wholesale customers). Please refer to
your local Customs bureau/office for your country’s rules on which shipments will incur duty/import tax and at which rate.
Most countries will charge you taxes/duty fees on product being imported, depending on your total order value in local
currency. Please note that not only the order value should be considered when calculating duty and tax, but also the
freight charge and other fees. These charges are imposed by your own country/government, not by us!
