Our Guarantee to You
We want you to be 100% happy every time you purchase from us.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please feel welcome to return  within 10 days of delivery (NZ) and 21 days of delivery (international).  We will provide a full refund, excluding original freight if charged, provided the item/s are returned to us in perfect condition and unworn.  NB In accordance with NZ Ministry of Health regulations we are unable to accept returns on briefs of any kind, except for manufacturer fault.

Exchange/Online Credit
You are welcome to send back any item/s for exchange/online credit for another size/colour or different style/s within 10 days of delivery (NZ) and 21 days of delivery (international), provided the item/s are returned to us in perfect condition and unworn. NB: please note that, for hygiene purposes, no exchange can be offered on briefs/knickers/pantyhose, in accordance with NZ Ministry of Health regulations.

To ensure the best possible fulfilment on your reorder, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles you require.

If you are returning an item for exchange for a different size or colour in the same style you will not be charged delivery of your reorder.

All other exchanges will be charged our standard courier delivery charge applicable for your country.

Faulty Items
We  always meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. All goods are carefully checked prior to despatch, however in the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund/exchange/replace the item as soon as possible.

If you believe an item is faulty please return it to us for assessment, using a ‘track and trace’ delivery method. In this case, we will also refund/credit the cost of returning the goods back to us.

Contact Us First
We can hold your replacement item for you so that you don't miss out. If you wish to exchange an item you are most welcome to Contact Us prior to returning the item/s in question so that we can reserve your replacement item/s. 

Delivery Method for Returning Item

Please send items to our showroom using a 'track-and-trace' method of delivery, as we will not be responsible for any items lost during transit back to us. 

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will not be reimbursed on exchanged items.

Important - Please Note
All lingerie & hosiery garments are ‘hand wash only’ due to their delicate nature, and no refund or exchange will be given on items that have not been cared for in the correct way.  Please refer to our info sheet: Caring for Delicate Items
